Overview
An easy to use gap-analysis tool, Loreus Environmental Review allows users to identify areas for review within their company and acts as a benchmarking tool for complying with best practice. The program is structured in a way that makes it easy for the user to know where to start and breaks the review process down into the key issues which need to be addressed. This raises the user’s awareness of important business issues, helping to provide guidance for better management and acting as a tool to support decision making.
Accessible
An accessible interface guides you through a step-by-step review of all aspects of your company’s environmental performance, and can be used to review a number of management areas.
By answering simple questions on the key areas of review, you will allow the system to develop a detailed and tailor-made action plan for each management area, complete with advice on where to go for more information.
Support
There are a series of questions in each management area, complete with guidance notes for each one. Users simply have to answer yes, no or not applicable where relevant and can leave the system and return to it any time to continue. The action plan based on these answers can be saved to disk, printed, e-mailed or copied into Microsoft Word where it can be edited as necessary.
The software comes on a CD-ROM with full installation instructions and a comprehensive user manual to support you as you work through the program.
