It’s important to provide the correct information when you’re aiming for ISO 14001. Loreus Document Control can help you do exactly that by keeping all your information up-to-date and organised, avoiding any problems caused by an untidy filing system.
Easy to use
The system effectively manages documents for you, removing the uncertain and lengthy task of dealing with the Environmental Management System (EMS) process. Its simple format can be integrated with your existing file management system and makes it easy to add and remove procedures while keeping up to date with version control.
Flexible
This flexible solution includes a series of folders and document templates which are grouped according to the clauses of the international standard ISO 14001, making it easier to keep documents in order and locate them. You can edit folders to include your company details, policies and procedures and make use of the EMS procedures, templates and EMS manual included with the system. Internal and external auditors will find it particularly useful.
Intranet or Web Based
This system can be used independently or can be bought as an extra module to be used within Loreus Project Manager. Available as a web based product or supplied on a CD-ROM, Document Control also includes a comprehensive EMS manual to guide you through the process.
