Carbon Management

Reduce your organisation's impact on the environment and improve corporate image by becoming carbon neutral

If you are concerned about global warming and your organisation's environmental impact, then it is important that you understand how and why your organisation should have good carbon management. Below are the steps outlined in doing your bit for the environment with the help of Loreus:

1.  Measure your carbon footprint
We can help you to measure your organisation's energy consumption quickly and efficiently using the Loreus Carbon Calculator software tool.

2.  Review how much offsetting needs to be done
Our environmental consultants will look for emission reductions and advise you on how to reduce your carbon footprint. Alternatively, you can use the Loreus Carbon Review software tool to carry out your own self assessment as a means to reducing your carbon footprint.

3.  Carbon offsetting your remaining emissions
We'll offset your remaining carbon footprint by investing in carbon neutral projects. You will now have become carbon neutral.

Who is responsible for carbon management?

Any organisation that produces carbon is responsible for carbon management and within an organisation, this is often the role of:

  • Health & Safety Officers
  • Environmental Managers
  • Resource Managers

We offer a range of e-learning courses within our Training Centre, which will help you or your staff to understand how to become carbon neutral and improve your organisation’s environmental performance. Some of these courses come with professional and/or academic qualifications.
